Matt Ingram is the founder of Ingram Advisory Ltd. He has spent over 30 years as an advisor to underperforming companies and is a UK licensed insolvency practitioner with extensive experience in financial restructuring and turnaround advisory. Matt is licensed and regulated by the IPA but no longer takes formal appointments, ensuring that his independence and focus on helping businesses thrive cannot be in doubt.

Prior to founding Ingram Advisory, Matt held a senior leadership position in the UK Restructuring practice at Kroll, one of the world's foremost financial advisory and risk management firms, where he advised on complex restructuring and insolvency matters. Earlier in his career Matt cut his teeth in the restructuring teams at two of the Big 4 Accountancy and Consulting firms.

Matt now works exclusively in an advisory capacity, helping SMEs and mid-market businesses navigate financial difficulty before formal insolvency becomes necessary. His approach is direct, practical, and always focused on maximising the options available to the business.
